Healthy Instant Pot Recipes For Winter Dinners

Cozy Instant Pot Recipes You'll Love!

When colder temperatures hit, we love using our Instant Pot for quick, hearty, and healthy meals. And since it's supposed to be a cooler weekend, we thought we'd share a few of our favorite recipes that you can try too! After a day in the mountains snacking on Vukoo bars (now made with compostable packaging!), we look forward to making these quick but tasty dinners for a night in.

Though we recommend an Instant Pot for these, you can also make them in a pot on the stove--just check to see if the recipe has alternative cooking methods.

Enjoy! And please share your favorite healthy Instant Pot recipes with us on Facebook or Instagram
