We don't know about you but, for us, it's been a long summer. And more than we're ready for fall, we're in need of some serious rest and downtime over the three-day weekend.
You can catch us spending time outdoors with our loved ones and caring for our bodies with nutritious foods and lots of naps. Likewise, we're ditching adult beverages this weekend in exchange for something a bit less headache-inducing.
Enter: Mocktails.
The below drinks are both fun and healthy(ish), and they are perfect for sipping with friends after a long bike ride or while enjoying a backyard BBQ. While there is no shame in having an adult beverage if you want to, sometimes it's nice to take a break and focus on hydration and gut-healthy ingredients.
