We talk about health a lot on the blog, but what does it actually mean to live a healthy lifestyle? Contrary to marketing ads and magazines and social media stereotypes, healthy living does not equate to working out every day and forgoing your favorite foods.
We decided to switch it up this week and try something new; we hopped in the pool. And to our surprise, we had the best (and hardest) week of workouts. So much so, that we're making swimming a part of our 2020 routine.
